What is the return policy?
• 14 Day Return Policy: You may return full priced items(non-customized products)within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or store credit, provided they comply with our return conditions. • Customized items cannot be returned unless there is a damage or quality issue.
Can I make an amendment to my order?
We will do our best to make any changes to your order before dispatch but unfortunately we cannot guarantee this is possible. Please email us within 12 hour of placing your order to ensure the best chance of our team to make any relevant updates to an item or postal address. There may also be other delays which will prevent us from making amendments in time such as weekends, public holidays and sales periods.
Can I cancel my order?

Since our products are handmade, they are usually shipped within 15-30 days after ordering.
